calls every night & does not answer when I pick up the phone

My 14 yr old son started receiving these calls yesterday, 11 Jan 10. They were looking for a Robert Lake Jr. about court proceedings in Russell county Alabama. My son told them they had the wrong number. He received 3 more calls the next day and told them again wrong number. I then called them and had a very confrontational conversation with a female employee.

Calls and asks for mattie, hangs up immediately when told there is no mattie here. calls as many as 10 times per hour.

they been calling my cell phone, I want thedm to stop.

This number comes up on my caller id about 5x a day. They do not leave any message. If you call back to be removed from their calling list, you press 1, but they still continue to call.
